In 1998, Kevin partnered with Jon Doscher to create That’s Life! Entertainment Magazine – it was soon after the success of the magazine they formed Starline Films. Kevin develops and maintains financial relationships with investors and heads up the marketing and development of Starline’s projects that are slated to go into production in the coming years.
